Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall SB 60 be discharged from the Finance Committee?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 60 Discharge from Finance Committee YEAS: 1 NAYS: 30 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 7 Yeas: Vezey Nays: Austerman, Barnes, Berkowitz, Brice, Cowdery, Davies, Davis, Elton, Foster, Green, Hodgins, Hudson, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kemplen, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Kubina, Masek, Mulder, Nicholia, Ogan, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Ryan, Therriault, Williams Excused: Joule, Moses Absent: Bunde, Croft, Dyson, Grussendorf, Hanley, Martin, Sanders Ivan changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, the motion failed.
